The Doggie Barn Policies

To ensure the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of all our guests, we kindly ask pet parents to follow the guidelines:

VACCINATION REQUIREMENT

All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella (kennel cough).
Proof of vaccinations must be submitted before check-in.

Flea & Tick Policy

All dogs must arrive free of fleas and ticks.
Dogs will be checked during drop-off and throughout their stay.

If fleas are found:

A mandatory flea treatment will be given.
A $25 fee will be added to your bill.
We recommend pets be on a monthly flea/tick prevention.
Dogs with severe infestations may be refused entry.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Dogs must be in good health and free from contagious conditions.
We cannot accept dogs that are aggressive toward people or other dogs.
If a dog shows signs of illness, we reserve the right to refuse entry for safety of others.
FOR DOGS WITH SEIZURES, HEART CONDITIONS, OR OTHER SERIOUS MEDICAL NEEDS, WE RECOMMEND BOARDING WITH A LICENSED VETERINARIAN FOR THEIR SAFETY.

FOOD & MEDICATIONS

Owners may bring their dog's own food to prevent stomach upset. Please label all containers.
Medications must be provided in their original containers with clear instructions.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

You're welcome to bring a small blanket or toy, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Raised beds are provided for each guest.

DROP OFF & PICKUP

Drop off and pick-up are by appointment only and must be scheduled between 8:00 AM-12:00 PM to ensure smooth scheduling.
Late pickups after 12:00 PM will incur a half-day boarding fee.

Holiday Policy

We are closed to the public on major holidays (no drop-off or pick up), but dogs in our care will still receive full attention.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours noticed for any cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours noticed will be charged 50% of the booking.
No-shows will be charged for the full scheduled stay.
A card on file is required to enforce our cancellation policy.

WAIVER REQUIREMENT

A signed boarding wavier is required for all guests. You may complete it in advance by downloading the forms or fill one out at check-in.
This ensures you understand and agree to our safety, health, and payment policies before leaving your pet in our care.
